WIC
Women, Infants, and Children
Nutrition program for pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women, infants and children up to five years
old. Must meet income guidelines and live in Coles County and be identified as having a medical or nutritional
risk. Provides milk, juice, cereal, peanut butter, eggs, beans and
cheese to those who are eligible. Infant formula, juice and cereal is
provided to babies.
FCM
Family Case Management
Prenatal, infant, and child care education, physical and developmental assessments and screenings, assistance
with financial aid applications, and high risk infant follow up and referral.
TPS
Teen Parent Services
A voluntary program for teen mothers (pregnant or parenting) to assist them to continue their high school
education or GED completion. Peer Counselor Program
Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Program
A voluntary program designed to help impact breastfeeding rates,
especially decreasing rates. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or
